It was really overall very nice 4-star hotel as stated in the description. The staff were genuinely helpful and the facilities provided were REALLY GOOD. The location was ideal and so excellent, to shops & services, and the view was great, too.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence La Reserve in Ferney-Voltaire. The apartment was spacious and well designed, with two floors, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. I especially enjoyed the pool area and the gym, which added to the overall experience of my stay. The location was convenient, with a supermarket within walking distance, and the presence of air-conditioning was a pleasant surprise, especially during the hot summer days. The toiletries provided by Fragonard were a luxurious touch that added to the overall comfort of my stay. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend Residence La Reserve for its excellent amenities, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

The location is perfect. You can easily get to the UN or other attractions in Geneva by bus. The remarkable downtown of Ferney-Voltaire is easily accessible on foot.

Unfortunately, I was not filled up by all of them when they came later for breakfast.

Located to the airport and the fair, only 5 minutes to these places. large swimming pool. breakfast offer okay. Staff friendly and helpful. In the big and generally good hotel. Free parking for hotel guests.

Had a suite forward to the street, a little noisy, but still okay.

The mini-kitchen was a great feature and it was a pleasant surprise to have a talented chef at this place. Additionally, having onsite parking made our stay even more convenient.

I stayed in an apartment with a balcony here, which is rare in France, and I really appreciated the attentive and polite staff.

Very close to the airport which is convenient for taking outbound flights in the morning (more sleep). The hotel is new/recently renowated, very clean.

A minor downside is that the hotel is facing a road, so there is some traffic noise in the morning. The road is note very busy, but the noise can still be disturbing.
